OMEGA 3 FISH OR FLAXSEED OIL
Omega 3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory and acknowledged to be associated with brain, eye and joint health. When fish oil-derived Omega 3 is combined (as in nature) with marine polyphenols eg. from seaweed, there is also a link to heart health.
FISH OIL
There’s a full 600 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids (high in EPA and DHA) in the better-quality triglyceride forms of highly purified fish oil from sustainable sources, which are more easily digestible than esters. Marine polyphenols from seaweed are in the plant extract caplet.
