1. PROTECT your mitochondria

Energy is created in your mitochondria when food is converted to chemical energy called ATP. This involves oxidation – ‘burning’ food molecules with oxygen. This process inevitably involves excess oxidation-generated molecules called free radicals. And, over time, these can cause damage to the mitochondria, meaning less energy is produced.

3. REDUCE inflammation

One of the reasons that NAD+ declines over time is that it is needed to fight chronic inflammation – and inflammation typically increases significantly with age.
